About Carolyn Elliman

Carolyn has “grown up” in the flexible workspace arena, having begun a career with Regus twelve years ago in an Operations Management role, after being headhunted from the retail industry. Several years later, Carolyn discovered her passion for sales and coaching and was soon promoted to a role encompassing both. Having been based predominantly in Johannesburg, a move to Cape Town in 2009 saw Carolyn relocate with Regus into a Sales Manager role to grow the Western Cape region. Carolyn is currently a Sales Director for IWG in South Africa, predominantly based in The Mother City.

“I have a passion for service excellence and delight in the opportunities our industry affords for organizations of all types. We create personal, financial and strategic value for businesses of every size. From some of the most exciting companies and well-known organizations globally, to individuals and the next generation of industry leaders. Ultimately we, IWG, want everyone to have a great day at work. I am fortunate to be a part of an organization that, thirty years on, truly are the pioneers in the flexible office sector, leading a workspace revolution across 3,500 locations worldwide”

In 2016 Regus rebranded as IWG (International Workplace Group) and the group currently offer six workspace brands under the IWG umbrella. Regus and Spaces are two of these companies with the remaining four operating predominantly in Europe and USA.
