Talk title: Befriending the muses of Curiosity, Bravery and Playfulness in the Playground of Commerce

In commercial environments where extreme uncertainty, heightened public scrutiny and inherent volatility reign, the old mechanisms of Control, Command and Certainty no longer serve us effectively and in fact can result in flawed commercial acumen and impeded decisionmaking.

In this talk we will explore three new leadership practices, Curiosity, Bravery and Playfulness which are proving to be better ways of engaging and leading in these environments. In this engaging and practical talk we will grapple with ways to increase our Bravery, hone our Curiosity and find way to bring in a more playful approach to the work that we do in order to grow our mastery, heighten our decision making and deepen our connections with others.
