About Zach Giglio
Zach is a business and organizational communications expert with more than a decade of experience working with some of the largest companies in the world. Zach has seen how the most successful, impactful organizations in the world understand and are able to effectively communicate who they are as opposed to what they sell or do.
Zach has spoken all over the world on a variety of platforms, including Harvard Business School, events for entrepreneurs, government and civic engagements and business launches and parties.
Zach has recently developed a business workshop and presentation entitled “Who is Your Business and What Does it Do?” which drives the conversation away from mission statements and elevator pitches and towards uncovering the raison d’etre of an organization.
In “Who is Your Business,” Zach explores the relationship between organizational identity and success in building a strong culture, attracting top talent, retaining employees and making a profit over the long term. It also speaks to how organizational identity impacts emerging trends, such as a value-driven economy and workforce, a more educated market and a growing demand for sustainable products and services.
Over his career, Zach has worked with some of the most well-known organizations in the world, including General Electric, Prudential, OSI Group Sustainability, Shell, startups and non-profits. He has started and operated an award-winning blog, ran messaging and identity workshops and crafted and executed comprehensive content marketing strategies. Zach also helps his clients scale internal and external communications capabilities at home and in regions around the world.
